:This individual is responsible for supporting the build and maintenance of core people analytics and dashboards by leveraging a variety of HRIS (Workday / Visier) and proprietary systems.This individual will also support ad hoc analytical requests from the business as needed.This individual will be responsible for organizing and completing these deliverables with general supervision.They will play an important role in the team that is responsible for multiple key internal projects, including but not limited to the Ratings, Turnover, Diversity, Promotion yields, Retention etc.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:- Provide support for a suite of proprietary and HRIS systems, Ratings analytics, Turnover analytics, Diversity analytics, Promotion / Yield dashboards, Retention dashboards, database maintenance etc.- Manage the internal organization of the team through Outlook, MS Teams and SharePoint Online- Execute zero-defect analysis of People data and develop presentations to communicate finding...
