Responsibilities
- We’re looking for a Global Operations Manager to lead our Product Support & Operations function, ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our platform globally
- This is a critical role at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer delivery, where you’ll drive operational excellence, lead a growing team, and shape how we scale our infrastructure and support capabilities
- You’ll take ownership of our Azure-based Kubernetes environments, improve automation and processes, and ensure we consistently meet (and exceed) SLA expectations. This role reports into our Chief Technology Officer
- Own the performance, stability, and uptime of our global Azure infrastructure
