Manage the research of new NPP products - to cover UPL gaps, the needs of the markets and customers.
Define strategic agendas and Research projects approval.
To provide new NPP products and biosolitions to the UPL Global portfolio, technical support, maintain quality supply and competitiveness of products, contribute to the positioning (penetration and expansion) of the company in global markets
