Global M&A Finance Controller – Ifrs 3 & Merger Accounting

Jobtailor in Madrid seeks a finance professional to act as a key partner to the global M&A team, driving IFRS 3 accounting treatments, post‑acquisition integrations, and consolidated reporting.
You will manage merger accounting activities, collaborate with Group Reporting and external stakeholders, support audits, and help develop M&A finance processes while travelling occasionally. Fluent English required;
other European languages are a plus.
