Inchcape Digital, part of Inchcape’s global network, seeks an ITSM Governance Process Lead to govern and improve core ITSM processes. You will own CMDB, knowledge, SLA management, JML, and Service Transition, ensuring compliance and data integrity across regions, with ITGC alignment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define KPIs, and standardize processes to support reliable service delivery and audit readiness in a global environment.
