RESPONSIBILITIES

As Global In-Store VM Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of in-store experiences for Coty CB Color Cosmetics brands, within the Global In-store Excellence team.

This role will be at the forefront of leading in-store experiences for our brand. This role demands a strategic approach, combining creative innovation with a deep understanding of retail trends, shopper behaviour and retailer’s landscape. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that every aspect of the store experience aligns with broader brand strategies and market needs.
