Global HR Business Partner — Temporary Coverage

Specialized Bicycle Components is seeking a proactive People & Culture Business Partner in Zug, Switzerland, on a full-time temporary basis to cover maternity leave. You will support the international People & Culture operations, acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office. Fluency in English and German is essential.
