Position Summary

The Global HR and Payroll Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of

the human resources and payroll function.

Essential Functions

• Provides day-to-day direction in all aspects of Global human resources operations.
  
• Assumes corporate responsibility for development of company guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
  
• Evaluates reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals.
