Job Description
Reporting to the CHRO, the Global Head of Talent & Culture with their team will drive and deliver best-in-class frameworks in Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to ensure the right tools and practices are in place to attract, build, and retain our talent. In this role, you will also shape and champion our Diversity & Inclusion vision, embedding it into our culture to foster growth, innovation, and belonging.
Initial focus of this position will be developing an integrated talent and performance framework for a Privat-Equity backed company encompassing succession planning, performance management, leadership development and critical role identification.
