Your Job
As Global Head of Quality, you will provide executive leadership and governance for all quality-related activities across one of Molex’s global businesses. You will define and drive the Quality strategy, ensure robust and scalable Quality Management Systems (QMS), and embed advanced quality practices across the entire product lifecycle.
Reporting directly to the Business Unit General Manager as well as to the head of Operations, you will align quality outcomes with business strategy, operational performance, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Operating at an enterprise level, you will partner with senior leaders across Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and global supplier networks to deliver quality excellence, mitigate risk, and enable sustainable growth.
