The Global Head of Experience Design will drive end-to-end user experience design for all Retail Bank Digital Products and Channels, including: research, ideation, conception, prototypes, detailed journey and feature design, and copywriting, across all Mashreq operating locations.

Leading and mentoring a diverse and distributed team of designers, researchers, and copywriters, the Global Head of Experience Design will conceive, curate, scale and deliver best-in-class digital user experiences, that create material business and customer impact.
