Responsibilities (English)

• Manage Express Rail Service requests, carrier communication, QC checks, billing & costing.
• Support Canadian freight operations with documents such as manifests, invoices and pre-alerts.
• Maintain accuracy in Cargowise for shipments.
• Update our auto-costing database with carrier rates and transport zones.
• Track ocean imports and send warehouse notifications.
• Assist with cost tracking, remittances and billing.
