 Manage the Global End User Computing Team’s operational activities
 Manage the overall objectives, translate strategy into actions and ensure roadmap is planned and followed
 Provide accurate reports and metrics to IT management including trend, root cause analysis and business case
 Responsible for the Global End User Computing team delivery including performance, quality of service, team cohesion and SLA adherence
 Responsible for the availability and full coverage of the team during support hours
 Own End User Computing Projects from every aspect including planning, tracking and execution
