Global Engineering Leadership Rotational Program

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is offering the Engineering Leadership Experience for aspiring graduates. This international program includes three 12-month placements designed to develop leadership and technical skills within the engineering field. Graduates will engage in cross-cultural experiences and eventually manage their own teams, fostering a robust engineering career at Mars.
