Global Data Migration Team Lead

ibex is seeking a Team Manager, Data Migration in Metro Manila to lead planning, execution, and delivery of data updates across regions. You will drive accurate and on-schedule migrations while coordinating with technical and business teams to ensure data quality and project success.

You will oversee planning, risk assessments, and reporting, coach analysts, and partner with IT, Network Engineering, Supply Chain, and other groups to resolve data issues and optimize migration processes.
