Global Creative Lead & Studio Operations Manager

Sony Interactive Entertainment in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Creative Lead to drive creative strategy and production across Brand & Strategy and Creative Studio. You will partner with global stakeholders, translate business needs into impactful creative solutions, and lead a high-performing team.

You'll manage capacity, budgets, and scheduling across multiple projects, mentor talent, and ensure excellence in UI/UX and motion/3D workflows while staying current with new tools and techniques.
