Global COP: Education & Child Nutrition Leader

World Vision International (New) seeks a Chief of Party for a five-year USDA McGovern-Dole program, starting October 2026. The COP will provide overarching vision, technical leadership, and administrative oversight as the project’s representative to USDA and key stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years in international development, COP or senior PM experience, and a background in school feeding, nutrition, and literacy, plus leadership of large multi-partner grants in fragile settings.
