The key activities for this role are:
- Building expertise in the radiation curing of coil coatings to support regional R&D projects
- Developing action plans to meet laboratory work requirements
- Utilizing advanced data analysis for formulation and problem-solving in coating development
- Collaborating in the preparation of research proposals for short and long-term research and development projects with detailed breakdowns of work
- Selecting suitable raw materials for Ebeam/UV coatings based on scientific principles and experiments
