As a Global Category Manager (Raw Materials) you will develop and implement strategies to source critical and complex Aroma Chemicals, securing supply in line with the business plan. You will operate with significant autonomy under the guidance of the Segment Head.

Sourcing Strategy

• Manage the category in alignment with the 2030 procurement strategy.
• Drive the development and implementation of RM category strategies.
• Analyze market and implement risk‑management strategies for the portfolio.
• Lead sourcing strategy development within cross‑functional teams for key categories.
• Lead major RFQs and key negotiations to implement sourcing strategy.
