+ International benefits consulting: The candidate is expected to provide advice to senior global HR leaders on an array of global employee benefits topics including benefit strategy, audits, benchmarking, opening for business, M&A, multinational pooling, governance, risk management, global DC consulting, and other relevant work products and projects with very little direction. The candidate will be responsible for managing strategic as well as tactical interaction with assigned clients and coordinating the efforts of a multidisciplinary team of consultants in numerous locations around the world. The candidate will lead internal resources in the formulation and execution of appropriate solutions for clients and prospects.
