Maxion is seeking an IT Applications Supervisor to lead a team of analysts and support strategic corporate solutions projects. Responsibilities Lead application analysts and conduct complex analyses alongside business areas. Translate business needs into system requirements and define solution scope. Work in partnership with Infrastructure, Operations, vendors, and global IT teams. Ensure governance, quality, testing execution, and system improvements. Engage users, support change management, and optimize processes. Drive initiatives involving ERP, PLM, and other corporate applications.
