- Ensures local processes and procedures are in place to clearly define Medical Information Specialist responsibilities within the Affiliate in line with Global SOPs and local regulations.
- Support medical clearance of promotional materials and timely, accurate review and approval of promotional material to ensure compliance with local regulations and code.
- Develop and maintain the systems for promotional material review efficiently.
Prepares documentation and provides written and/or verbal answers to queries of scientific/medical nature from internal clients (Medical, Marketing, PR, etc.) and external clients (healthcare professionals)
- Monitor/collate data from the Medical Information Database and set standards as and when required.
- Provision of information to identify and support business development opportunities/product launches.
