As the go-to individual for processing charitable donations, this coordinator will ensure all gifts are correctly coded and recorded. Collaboration with both the Finance and Fund Development teams is essential to maintain data integrity and to produce efficient donor communications. Your contributions will help bolster donor trust and enhance fundraising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately code and process all charitable gifts received
• Maintain and update donor database for compliance and accuracy
• Generate timely tax receipts and donor acknowledgement letters
