Job Description

What you’ll do:

This role will provide HR administrative back office support including HR system on a day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-term development of HR Shared Service functions. Supporting the HRS in providing a comprehensive HR service to HR clients, managers and staff within the organization.

Essentials Functions:

HRMS Data Management:

  • Perform and facilitate relevant HRMS entry for managers and employees.
  • Validate HRMS data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Maintain data integrity in the HRMS system.
  • Ensure the accuracy and security of employee personal records and information.
