Take the lead as Operations Supervisor in GFL’s Toronto facility, managing afternoon shifts. Ensure efficient production and safety while guiding your operational team through challenges.
This full-time position emphasizes supervising all operational and maintenance staff. Responsibilities include establishing safety procedures, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Flexibility in working hours is required, particularly for the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise operations and lead the maintenance department
• Maintain safety training programs and documentation
• Report and address safety infractions promptly
• Ensure accurate management of inventory and outbound loads
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regularly
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Technical or Engineering discipline
