German-Speaking Customer Success Manager: Drive Adoption

Finastra is seeking a Customer Success Manager (German Speaker) to ensure customers achieve measurable value from Finastra’s solutions. You will partner with Account Executives and own customer success from sale through lifecycle, driving adoption, value realization, satisfaction, and long-term retention.

You will build Customer Success Plans, align with business goals, and coordinate with Sales, Support, Services, and Product to maximize customer value and identify cross-sell opportunities
