German Speaking Customer Advisor – Finance & Banking

We are seeking a professional, finance-minded German-speaking Customer Advisor to join our international FinTech and digital payments division in Athens. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the digital banking revolution, supporting merchants, business vendors, and retail customers across the DACH region. Based in our high-tech Athens corporate hub, you will trade high central European living costs for 300 days of sunshine, nearby beaches, and a thriving international expat community.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Support: Handle inbound B2B and B2C inquiries in German regarding electronic payments, online banking navigation, manual charges, and refunds.
