Role Description
Responsible for supporting the German payroll country solution and using your functional and technical expertise, together with country‑specific knowledge, to support the operational teams and ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting client deadlines.
The successful candidate will act as the German Payroll Subject Matter Expert, supporting a large delivery team of approximately 15 FTE, driving payroll excellence, supporting implementations, legislative compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a fully remote position and can be based in either Spain or Poland.
