- Manage end-to-end German Voice and Customer Support interactions efficiently.
- Provide professional and empathetic resolutions to customer queries in German.
- Maintain the mandatory C1 certification standard in all verbal and written interactions.
- Identify process improvements within the language workflow to enhance user experience.
