We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Engineering Manager to lead our Process and Manufacturing Engineering department within a Tier 1 automotive environment. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of production processes, particularly in shock absorber manufacturing.

• Lead the Process and Manufacturing Engineering department.
• Ensure stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of production processes.
• Oversee and optimize processes related to shock absorber manufacturing.
• Manage engineering activities involving:
  • PLC and industrial automation systems
  • Industrial welding processes
  • Chrome plating and coating processes
