Must have +5 years of verifiable experience, a bachelor’s degree in electronic, industrial, or related engineering, excellent spoken and written English skills, open to all genders, coordination of external and internal audits, strong leadership and follow-through, proficiency with IT tools, serve as the primary point of contact with clients, implementation of first-pass yield (FPY) improvements, KPIs, internal CAR, SCAR, experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949, PCBA assembly, Six Sigma certification (preferred), and lean manufacturing. Must be available to work in Tecate.
