This role supports critical expeditionary operations requiring strategic planning, policy development, and human capital resource management to quantitatively and qualitatively improve participation in vital volunteer deployment programs.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate and engage in program recruitment activities while collaborating with all recruiters and schedulers on the team to meet global deployment requirements.
- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of deployed operations to assist leadership in evaluating deployment requirements and providing recommendations to efficiently place personnel and fill critical gaps.
