Job Purpose

The Area Manager serves a strategic goal of managing and nurturing business relationships with key existing and new diversified customers or clients in an assigned area. This role involves identifying and understanding customers’ industries and needs, developing customized waste solutions, and communicating regularly to acquire customers and build loyalty. The position handles customer accounts, ensures positive market performance, and increases sales and profit of waste management services. Ultimately, the Area Manager serves as the primary contact person, providing clients with all necessary account and performance information.
