Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business while maintaining and growing existing business
- Clinically reinforce the value of genomic diagnostic tests to customers
- Navigate complex health systems to engage key stakeholders including Endocrinologists, Pathologists, and Surgeons
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed goals
- Establish repeatable protocols for sample collection and ordering within accounts
- Analyze territory data to drive daily execution
- Perform regular business travel, including overnight stays
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in medical diagnostics, medical device, or biopharmaceuticals
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience calling on complex health systems, IDNs, and academic institutions
