Genesys Cloud CX Support Engineer – Europe

Intrum is seeking an IT Platform Engineer to ensure stability of our contact center platforms and uphold company standards across Europe. You will develop existing features and implement new functionalities in 15+ countries, collaborating with IT teams to support incident management. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, work independently in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to AI-powered IVR, chatbots and cloud integrations with AWS or Azure.
