Join a strategic migration initiative as a Genesys Cloud and Salesforce Integration Consultant. Be pivotal in transitioning to CX Cloud while optimizing contact center architecture.
This consultant role requires expertise in both Genesys Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud. You will lead the migration from the legacy Open CTI model, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement best practices. Your focus will ensure a seamless integration that supports scalability and reliability of contact center operations, making a direct impact on performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead migration from Open CTI to CX Cloud solutions
• Design and optimize integrations between Genesys and Salesforce
• Collaborate to define and strategize migration requirements
• Assess and recommend architecture best practices
• Troubleshoot integration and telephony issues
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Genesys Cloud implementations
