Generalista de Recursos Humanos

**Requeriments**:
- Bilingual english-spanish
- Bachelor degree in Psicologia, Trabajo Social, Administracion or HR related.
- Previous experiencie at last 2 years.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
**Activities**:
- Recruitment and talent acquisition (Costumer Service´s - Call Center profiles)
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquires or requests
- Perform new hire on boarding.
- Assist with payroll inquires when needed.
- Implementation and monitoring of polices and regulations.
Works froms Monday to Friday
