Position Overview

Les Viandes Intercité, a subsidiary company of Gordon Food Service, is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support their energetic team in Anjou. Position: Full-time, Permanent. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (rotating hours). Address: 7755 Rue Grenache, Anjou, QC H1J 1C4.

Responsibilities

• Provide an advisory role to managers in their daily activities.
  • Plan, develop, and follow up on training and onboarding sessions for operations employees.
  • Answer various questions from staff.
• Participate in different HR activities such as:
• Performance management
• Occupational health and safety
• Compensation
• Disability files
• Corporate events
• Offer support regarding problem resolution and the application of HR management policies and procedures, particularly the interpretation of labor agreements and labor legislation.
