- Review and compare pairs of AI generated responses in therapeutic style conversations.
- Evaluate responses against structured criteria such as empathy, emotional insight, and communication quality.
- Produce improved rewrites that better meet project standards when required.
- Provide structured feedback to support AI safety and alignment research.
- Collaborate asynchronously within a fast paced project environment.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to evaluate nuanced dialogue.
- Ability to work independently under accelerated timelines.
- Availability to begin immediately following onboarding.
