Efficiency Staffing Solutions (Pty) Ltd Registration No. 2022/ /07 Duties & Responsibilities Painter: Execute pre-painting activities, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and masking of adjacent surfaces prior to painting, papering, texturing, etc. if required Follow managements instructions in maintaining an inventory of paint and supplies Assist in storing leftover paint in the appropriate locations Support team with special maintenance projects as needed Responsible for painting the exterior and interior areas of a companys projects Tiler: Interpret drawings and specifications to plan layouts, patterns and materials needed. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, levelling, repairing or installing backer boards and membranes. Measure and mark areas to estimate tile quantities and ensure accurate layout.
