Higher rates are reserved for candidates with substantial experience and/or relevant training. Pay is determined in line with school expectations and Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), where applicable.

Role

• Support pupils in Maths and English lessons
• Deliver targeted academic interventions and small‑group support
• Reinforce key KS2 learning objectives
• Help pupils build confidence and prepare for SATs and secondary school
• Work closely with the class teacher to support progress and attainment
• Encourage positive learning behaviours and classroom engagement
