Job Description
Technician III is responsible for operating the facility, including mechanical and other supporting systems; performing structured inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, and routine and on-demand services on facility mechanical equipment and other systems. The Technician III must work in accordance with established processes and practices and comply with internal and external requirements, including environmental, health and safety, and fire protection regulations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues with facility mechanical, electrical equipment, and system conditions; provide observations and suggestions for improvement.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per established processes; monitor systems to ensure facility uptime objectives are met and client operations remain uninterrupted.
- Respond to routine and on-demand service requests and perform maintenance on facility mechanical equipment and other systems.
