**Job Description**
The production worker supports the shipping and receiving operations in a large manufacturing facility by safely loading trailers, handling materials, and coordinating shipment schedules. This role focuses on accurate order picking, proper stacking and securing of products, and maintaining a clean and safe work area during the night shift.
**Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate daily shipment schedules with the shipping lead to ensure timely loading and order picking.
+ Determine the most appropriate equipment for moving and loading products, including overhead cranes, forklifts, 4D lifts, or pallet jacks.
+ Read and interpret shipping documentation to confirm that product quantities and descriptions match what is being loaded.
