Job Description
**Job Title: Production Worker**
**Overview**
**Production role working in a facility and yard, supporting rebar processing, machine operations, and material handling.**
**Key Responsibilities**
Sort rebar by size in shear machine area
Assist overhead crane and bending machine operators
Perform bar flipping and yard duties
Operate machinery and complete general labour tasks
**Must-Haves**
2+ years in production or warehouse labour
Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously
Experience with cranes, forklifts, or metal fabrication
**Work Environment**
Manufacturing facility (loud, dusty, colder in winter)
PPE required: steel toe boots, long sleeves with arm guards (other PPE provided)
