**Job Title: Production Worker**
**Responsibilities**
+ **Wash and clean** parts thoroughly to prepare them for processing.
+ **Operate** a sandblaster safely to clean and prepare metal components.
+ **Perform** mechanical assembly work using hand and power tools while following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
+ **Inspect** parts for defects, damage, or quality issues and report findings.
+ **Collaborate** with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and quality standards.
**Essential Skills**
+ **6+ months** of production or assembly experience.
+ **Proficiency** in safely using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.
**Work Environment**
**The environment is not climate controlled** , so temperatures vary with the seasons. Standard hours are **Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.** , with occasional overtime required to support production demands.
