JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Production General Operator in the Synthomer Inc. Chemical Manufacturing Plant located in Mogadore, Ohio.
$21.64/hr to start.
Cleaning of chemical plant equipment and packaging of finished products.
Shift work based on seniority - 40 hrs/week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Miscellaneous cleaning including, but not limited to, tanks, tank cars, polymerization vessels.
Use fork truck to transfer pallets containing bags of raw materials to mezzanine.
Record basic data in written and/or electronic format.
Transfer product through proper lines by identifying correct line and completing hookups.
Visually check lines, connections, and bleed off valves before, during and after transfer.
Accurately package and label product in totes and drums.
