Role Overview: The Procurement / Sourcing Head is responsible for leading and optimizing the procurement strategy across key business verticals such as Solar, EandC, and BDD. This leadership role encompasses vendor development, logistics, compliance, and team management to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant procurement and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Management: Lead end-to-end procurement processes. Ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing for Solar, EandC, and BDD verticals. Vendor Development: Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors. Identify and onboard new suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain and establish secondary sources for critical components. Logistics & Material Management: Oversee logistics and inventory operations to guarantee timely delivery of materials. Manage efficient import/export (EXIM) operations and inventory flow.
