General Manager

Albi  is seeking a General Manager  who is highly motivated and passionate about hospitality to lead our growing team of professionals.  The ideal candidate should be a proven and enthusiastic leader with strong food and beverage knowledge, great communication skills, with high standards for service and guest interactions. Our style is informed by the fine-dining schools Chef Michael Rafidi has learned from, but is approachable & comforting.

Albi  is the nationally recognized debut restaurant from chef/owner Michael Rafidi. Chef Rafidi takes inspiration from his family’s Palestinian roots, bringing to the table an experience that melds the ancient tradition of the region’s coal-fired cuisine with local, seasonal, Mid-Atlantic ingredients and a refined culinary acumen.
