GENERAL MANAGER
Location: Algarve | Type: Full-Time | Reports to: The Owners
We design and install Smart Home technology, Network Infrastructure, AV, Home Cinema and Security systems across Portugal. Our award-winning business is booming. Our team is growing. But now we need someone on the ground in the Algarve to lead operations, drive commercial performance, and make sure every job gets done to the highest standard. Customer Satisfaction is our key measure of success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the day‑to‑day. Run operations across sales, admin, technical delivery and customer service in the Algarve
- Manage the team. Keep Technical, Admin and Business Development Leads aligned, accountable, and performing
- Drive commercial results. Track and report KPIs across quoting, conversions, technician utilisation, and project profitability
