The Vice President & General Manager (VP & GM) will succeed the retiring General Manager of ADCO in a planful transition. ADCO is an automated packaging company serving consumer packaged food, personal care, pharmaceutical, and industrial companies. ADCO is recognized as a leader in cartoning, sleeving, and forming applications serving the most recognized brands.
ADCO was founded in 1958 and was a private, family owned, and employee-owned company for 67 years. In fact, through those 67 years it was led by two generations. Massman Companies acquired ADCO in March of 2025 and has largely completed the integration of all major systems.
